Question: Isn't it impossible for the player who starts without advantage to run out of cards before the other player? Since you only get cards removed from your deck by losing advantage and players reveal cards at the same rate, the player that begins with advantage will always be the first to lose advantage and thus have a card removed. And when the other player loses advantage and removes a card, they can't lose it again until the player that starts with it loses it again. So if the player that starts with it ends the game with it, both decks run out at the same time and if they don't that player runs out of cards and loses the duel. I don't know if that's intentional, but it feels like both players should be able to lose the duel.
That aside, this game looks really cool! I'm definitely going to play the first opportunity I get.
I'll be honest, I put 0 thought into how the maths of this one works.
But now you've pointed it out you're completely correct and I can't believe I've missed it. I've updated the game to make Advantage increase during each round. Now the person who retains advantage can remove the top card of any deck.
Thank you so much for your input.
